N230 UD is a double decker bus offered by Scania with a seating capacity of 75+D people. This bus is powered by a 9291 cc, Scania DC9 30, turbocharged engine with an in-built retarder. The engine complies with EURO-IV emission norms and produces a maximum torque of 1050 Nm @ 1000-1500 rpm. Scania has mated the engine with an six speed automatic transmission gearbox for smooth power delivery.
